¼ c. oil
2. c. sugar
4 eggs
6 c. shredded carrots
3 c. flour
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
Mix together oil, sugar, eggs & carrots. Add rest of ingredients. It will be a very thick batter. Spread on a greased & floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Frosting:
1 cube of butter
3 four oz. cream cheese
2 t. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
